Job Description

Technical Support Analyst

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Workflow support representative. Strong technical background and excellent customer service skills, at least two (2) years of experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle DB. Bachelor Degree preferred.Knowledge of the Electronic Content Management (ECM) industry a big plus. Entry Level Strong technical background and excellent customer service skills and strong desire to excel. Knowledge of Windows & Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle DB. Bachelor Degree in CS, MIS, CIS preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical area desired, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Professional appearance, demeanor and custom service skills
  • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Operating systems
  • Experience with installing Windows based software applications
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server or Oracle DB

Optional Specialized Skills

Familiarity with one or more of the following ECM related products is a big plus: Oracle IPM/UCM, Hyland, Kofax, ReadSoft, AnyDoc, Captaris, BrainWare, IBM Content Manager, Open Text, Humming Bird, FileNet.

  • Oracle EBS, JDE, PeopleSoft or SAP integration knowledge.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and Accounts Payable.
  • Oracle Apps/Fusion/BPEL/BMP Middleware background a plus.
  • Microsoft MCP certification in, SQL, .Net, programming or related a plus.
