Jack Paulo
  • Job title: Project Manager
  • Past experiences: Jack has 29 years of experience at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He started as a developer, moved to Operations Team Project leader then Project Manager. He worked on mostly Oracle based custom time and billing applications and everything that integrated with the application. The applications were used in over 90 offices in 60 countries. He’s traveled to many of the offices to install, train, gather requirements and support local initiatives.
  • College and hometown: Born in White Plains NY. Raised and graduated high school in Ossining, NY. Moved to Boston and received undergrad and graduate degrees from Northeastern University.

We now have a dedicated team focused on blog articles related to our solutions, industry and of course – business process automation.

Support Announcements

Oracle I/PM 10g – End of Life

Oracle I/PM 10g End of Life has changed and has been extended to 12/31/2014. At that time, Premium Support ends. For an additional fee, Extended support can be obtained on the product, but that will end on 12/31/2015. See definition of Sustaining Support below.

While it lists upgrades, patches and certifications – we do not believe this is true. For instance, Oracle will not be certifying IPM 10g with JDE 9.1. It is our belief they will only provide basic support in 2015. If you are still running Oracle I/PM 10g – please contact us ASAP to discuss your options.

Sustaining Support
Sustaining Support puts you in control of your upgrade strategy. If you choose not to purchase Extended Support, or when Extended Support expires, Sustaining Support will be available for as long as you license your Oracle products. You benefit from:

  • Major product and technology releases
  • Technical support
  • Access to My Oracle Support
  • Fixes, updates, and critical patch updates created during the Premier Support stage
  • Upgrade scripts created during the Premier Support stage

Reporting with OnBase
With OnBase, you can easily produce reports, analyze the health of your processes and make better decisions.

Without involvement from IT, report in real-time on the metrics and key performance indicators that are important to you. You gain instant insights from intuitive dashboards, securely accessible from almost anywhere.

Solution Spotlight

Vendor Management with OnBase
OnBase Vendor Management solutions streamline the process of creating and updating your Accounts Payable vendor records. More importantly, it can manage all of the documents associated with that vendor, creating a single, centralized view of all vendor information.

With OnBase, vendors can submit their own onboarding information into an online electronic form. Once submitted, OnBase kicks off an automatic workflow that routes the form to needed employees for review and approval. Once approved, this information can then be posted directly to your vendor master file in your ERP. Throughout the process, OnBase also manages checklists for required documents and sends automated emails to vendors missing information, such as a W-9 form. By allowing you to manage both the data and documents together as a single electronic transaction, OnBase can dramatically improve the visibility and control you have over the vendor management process.

OnBase also integrates with popular ERP systems – including SAP®, Lawson®, PeopleSoft®, Oracle, JD Edwards and Dynamics – meaning that the Vendor Management solution can be coupled with any of these systems. OnBase transmits data to these systems using their native integration adapters, eliminating costly, customized solutions.

Since OnBase integrates with your ERP screens, staff have instant access to the documents they need, when they need them – including contracts, correspondences, quotes, invoices, purchase orders and more.
