TRIAD COMPUTER SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCE ITS NEW NAME AND NEW VICE PRESIDENT

Branford, CT - TRIAD Computer Solutions, (www.triadcs.com) a Connecticut based web-integration and developer of custom software, announced several major changes today. Starting on October 1st, 2002, the company will do business as All Star Software Systems, LLC. Additionally, to handle the recent growth, the company has relocated to East Berlin, Connecticut and brought on Paul Johndrow as Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Triad Computer Solutions, doing business since November of 1997, is shifting its focus to include Document Management, Workflow, Forms Processing, and Customer Relationship Management solutions, in addition to its existing web integration solutions.

The new name, All Star Software Systems, represents a core business philosophy that both founders feel strongly about. "Our goal is to incorporate "All Stars" in everything we do. Mr. Johndrow joins the All Star team with over 10 years experience in the software industry.
