A company's success is determined by many factors such as: employees, products, services and strategy. The most critical of these, by far, is the employees. We feel it is important for our customers and partners to know who the founders are and what they believe in. Please take a few minutes to review their background.

Paul Pitts

Vice President of Operations & Technology
Mr. Pitts has more than sixteen years of commercial document management experience dedicating his career to the Professional Services sector.

As Vice President of Professional Services for a major document management manufacturer, Mr. Pitts was responsible for managing the Software Support, Quality Assurance, Consulting Services, Software Training and MIS departments. These departments accounted for forty-five percent of the company's revenue.

Mr. Pitts is considered an expert in the field of document management and has been published in many trade journals. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science and is Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+) certified.

Paul Johndrow

Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Johndrow has more than fourteen years experience with workflow, document capture, data extraction, document management and content management solutions.

Mr. Johndrow's software implementation, support and training experience working for a document management software manufacturer has given him a strong foundation and the ability to sell based on his technical knowledge. His move to a regional sales manager for the same company gave him the ability to work with over one hundred document management integrators thus exposing him to the many dos and don'ts of the industry. This experience was instrumental when it came time to define the core values of All Star Software Systems. Additionally, Mr. Johndrow has worked for several systems integrators and has earned many technical and sales certifications with various mainstream products.

Mr. Johndrow is a former United States Air Force non-commissioned officer, holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from the New England Institute of Technology and is Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+) certified.
